Mini Dumper A mini dumper or mini dumper is a small-sized dumper that is appreciated for its mobility on construction sites.
Mini-dumpers, on tracks or on tires, can carry several tons of cargo. Their bucket is tilting and actuated by a hydraulic system; depending on the model, it can discharge both sideways and frontally. Bucket loading is usually done using a mini excavator, unless the dumper is equipped with a self-loading bucket.
There are rigid frame mini dumpers and articulated frame mini dumpers. The most recent models have hydrostatic transmission. Some mini-dumpers are fitted with a canopy (roof attached to a frame), but most only have a roll bar to protect the operator in the event of a rollover.
