CASE appoints Francesca Asteggiano as Sales Director Europe

To strengthen its presence in Europe, CASE Construction Equipment relies on the experience of Francesca Asteggiano, appointed as Sales Director Europe.

CASE Construction Equipment strengthens its strategy in Europe

This appointment comes at a complex time for the European construction equipment market. According to Fortune Business Insights, the European market is expected to grow by 6.5 % annually between 2025 and 2032, rising from USD 46.15 billion to USD 71.59 billion. However, recent results from CNH Industrial show that the Construction segment recorded a 22 % drop in revenue in the first half of 2025 – from USD 758 million in Q1 2024 to USD 591 million, particularly in Europe. This decline is attributed to lower shipment volumes in the region.

Francesca Asteggiano’s role will therefore be crucial in driving CASE’s commercial strategy in Europe, strengthening the manufacturer’s network, and addressing market challenges.

A customer-focused approach

“Together, we will continue to build a strong and competitive presence across Europe,” said the new Sales Director.

Francesca Asteggiano has more than 17 years of experience in the B2B sector, with recognized expertise in strategic and commercial leadership. Her profile combines a deep knowledge of the construction and commercial vehicle sectors with a customer-centric approach, considered essential to support the growth and development of the brand’s European dealers.
