Augers and trenchers: a new range announced by Bobcat
Bobcat will soon begin marketing new ranges of augers and trenchers. The models will equip most of the brand’s loaders, mini excavators and telescopic handlers.
Bobcat augers for all soil types
The new range consists of five drive models (11H, 28H, 28LH, 33H and 55H). These attachments feature a hydraulic circuit delivering a flow rate ranging from 30 to 200 L/min. This power speeds up hole drilling regardless of soil type while improving accuracy. Drilling depth also increases (by more than 30 cm) thanks to better support of the bit by the drive unit.
Installing these new augers on the manufacturer’s latest mini excavators is made easier by mounting plates comparable to those used on Bobcat hydraulic hammers. For other machines, including loaders, a new generation of mounting frames is available.
More precise and durable trenchers
For the first time since their introduction, Bobcat mini excavators can now be paired with trenchers. This innovative series also includes five models (LT90, LT90 HD, LT120, LT120 HD and LT150 HD). This diversity makes it possible to meet various needs by offering digging depths ranging from 450 to 1500 mm or by pairing them with different chains.
The trenchers also feature an adjustable skid that allows the digging depth to be varied. They are equipped with a particularly robust spoil removal system. A powerful spring keeps it in constant contact with the bottom of the trench, reducing the number of passes while ensuring precise finishing.
