Ciro Casapulla takes over leadership of CNH Construction for the EMEA region

CNH Construction has announced the appointment of Ciro Casapulla as head of its operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This decision reflects the company’s ambition to strengthen strategic management in a key region.

Over 20 years of experience at the service of the CNH Group

With a career spanning more than 23 years within the group, Mr. Casapulla has held numerous senior positions across different fields. He has contributed to projects in manufacturing, research and development, and quality – both in powertrain and transmission sectors as well as construction. This versatility gives him a broad perspective on the industrial and commercial challenges faced by CNH Construction.

In his new role, he will be responsible for leading teams in the EMEA region to drive company growth and consolidate its presence in a competitive and fast-changing market. Customer satisfaction, highlighted as a priority, will be at the core of his strategy.

A strategy focused on proximity and innovation

Upon taking office, Ciro Casapulla expressed optimism about the market’s future despite current economic uncertainties. “I am genuinely enthusiastic about the direction we are taking and remain confident in the market’s recovery, despite today’s challenging context,” he said.

He also emphasized the importance of building strong relationships with customers and dealer partners. According to him, effectiveness relies on close collaboration, based on active listening and responsiveness, to deliver solutions tailored to real on-the-ground needs.

Another key aspect of his strategy is innovation. Mr. Casapulla advocates for a “practical” approach, which means turning knowledge gained from daily experience into concrete, value-creating solutions. This orientation aims to strengthen CNH Construction’s competitiveness and support its customers’ success in a sector where expectations are evolving rapidly.
