The HL965 loader : a new machine by Hyundai

The loader was designed to optimise performances

- The bucket design : the new design has a bigger opening and curved side plates. The bucket is equipped with an anti-spill feature to improve capacities. Its durability is guaranteed by an ultra strong steel.

- A bigger loading capacity : the maximum axle loading capacity reaches 44 000 kg on the front and 35 000 kg on the back, with standard tires.

- Electro-hydraulic commands : the HL965 has commands for the boom and the bucket. Moreover, all the HL series models can have, as an option, a joystick.

- An onboard weighing system : with a precision of more or less 1%, this system offers an automatic or manual configuration for individual or added weighing of the bucket's load. The weighing appear on the machine's screen.

The loader's ergonomy stimulates productivity

- The cab : completery sound-proofed, it has 10% more space in comparison with the 9A series. The AC system offers better performances whether for heating or cooling.

- The audio system : the loader has a radio with addtional features (MP3, bluetooth, micro). The operator can call and listen to music on the construction site.

- The Miracast system : it comes from the WIFI of the operator's smartphone, and is used to put the features of the smartphone on a big screen.

The maintenance of the HL965 is made easier

- The engine hood can be tipped over : it is easier to access the engine compartment and the maintenance is made easier. Moreover, the engine compartment has been designed to avoid the possibility of fire.

- A high air volume filter : it is combined with an automatic dust exhaust system, it improves the maintenance cycle of the loader.

- More safety for the operator : The safety is guaranteed with a new position of the rear-view mirror.
