A reliable engine with low operating costs

The Cummins QSL9 engine of the Hyundai excavator delivers 344hp. Obviously, this engine meets the Stage IV antipollution norm requirements.

The all HX excavator range has been designed to use little energy. In that aspect, the make has installed the ECO indicator in the excavator. This indicator is visible on the tactile screen, and changes colour depending on the engine torque and the level of energy performance. It shows the average rate and the total quantity of fuel used on an action. These features help save energy up to19% in comparison with the excavators from the 9A range.

A modern and comfortable cab

For a driver, one of the main advantage of an excavator is the cab's comfort. It's been enlarged by 13% in comparison with the previous range. The seat and the armrests are adjustable and adapt to all morphology.

The inside is equipped with an AC system. The roof is made of polucarbonate glass with a sun visor. The cab is also equipped with an optimised audio system with USB player, stereo AM/FM and MP3 player. The Bluetooth allows the driver to communicate via phone while working.

The 8'' tactile screen has been improved since the last excavators. This screen is 30% bigger than the previous models. The main display of the screen can be customised with the operator's preferences.

Improved safety

Just like lots of excavators on the market, the HX380 L by Hyundai includes advanced safety. For instance, the machine is equipped with a panoramic surveillance system (AAVM) that allows the operator to see at 360° on his screen. This technology is also able to detect objects in the machine's perimeter.
