The brand new L1-24 hydraulic crane by Liebherr
On March 11th, 2016, Liebherr dealers in Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Germany and in France introduced their latest fast-erecting hydraulic crane : the L1-24. The day of the introduction, the 40 sites where the operation took place deployed the crane to show potential buyers. The L1-24 crane comes after the H crane and has been completely reworked.
A new practical hydraulic crane
The brand new crane is practical and economical. It gives the driver an optimal safety. Moreover, the machine's maintenance is made easier with better access to the maintenance points.
The latest Liebherr crane, the L1-24 is available in two different versions : with a 25-metre reach or a 27-metre reach. In both cases, the maximum load is 2 500 kg. The ballasts are available in two different variants : a full steel ballast and a standard concrete ballast. The L1-24 hook height is 19 m. Finally, this new hydraulic crane has a radius of 1,9 m. This way it can move in confined spaces.
In terms of aesthetics, the new L1-24 hydraulic crane has sleek lines and a modern design.
Features for easier move
The L1-24 crane controls help the crane driver to easily manoeuvre heavy loads in safety. Indeed, as for the other cranes from the make, it is equipped with a precise positioning feature : Micromove. This system helps the crane driver to master the heavy load moves and position them precisely without using the lifting mechanism's brake. The crane also has a ballast shock absorption and a limited working zone.
Part of the public has discovered this new machine, but Liebherr wants to introduce it to a large audience at the Bauma in Germany in 2016.
