Cifa adds to their range of Carbotech truck-mounted pumps
The Italian construction equipment manufacturer launched two new models of trucl-mounted pumps, the Cifa K53H and Cifa K60H. Equipped with a carbon fibre boom, it can be mounted on 4 or 5-axle chassis.
During Intermat 2015, the Italian construction equipment manufacturer Cifa, specialised in machines and equipments for concrete, and part of the Chinese holding Zoomlion since 2008, launched two new models of truck-mounted pumps : the Cifa concrete pumps K53H and Cifa K60H adds to the Carbotech range.
A weight limit to respect traffic rules
These new models can be mounted on 4 or 5 axle trucks : on 4 axles the limit is 42 tons for the K53H and 44 tons for the K60H ; on 5 axles, the pump truck can circulate in countries where regulations are stricter because of the optimal load distribution. For these two models, the weight limit is widely respected so to allow users to load accessories, water, diesel and so on without breaching circulation rules and/or special permits and/or technical limits of vehicles.
A maximum capacity of 180m3/h and 27 cycles per minute
The K53H truck-mounted pump has a boom of 53 metres of 5 arms, 3 in steel and 2 in Carbotech carbon fibre, whereas the K60H's boom is 60 metres long and has 6 arms, 3 in steel and 3 in Carbotech. The closed circuit pumping unit HP1808ECX can be mounted on both models : with a maximum capacity of 180 m3/h and 83 bar max pressure, it has 260mm concrete cylinders reducing the number of cycle to 27 per minute, reducing the machine's wear and therefore the operating costs.
Smartronic management system and double thickness pipes
As for the other models of truck-mounted pumps from the Carbotech range (Cifa K39H and Cifa K45H – 5 arms, capacity of 140 m3/h, Cifa K62H – 6 arms, capacity of 180 m3/h, and Cifa K80H – 7 arms, capacity of 180 m3/h), these new models are equipped with the Smartronic advanced management system, with stability and diagnostic control, and Cifa double thickness Long Life Pipes.
