Bell, Caterpillar and Terex Trucks introduce their new dumpers
Equipped with the latest technologies and Stage 4 engine, the new dumpers from Bell, Caterpillar and Terex have an increased productivity and comfort.
Bell manufacturer launches the E series, a new range of articulated dumpers. Terex Trucks, from the purchase of the Terex dumpers by Volvo CE, launches new models of rigid and articulated dumpers. Finally, Caterpillar unveils a new range of articulated dumper with the C series.
Bell articulated dumpers : the new E range at the cutting edge of technology
The new Bell B25E MkII and B30E MkII dumpers are equipped with a Mercedes-Benz OM936LA 7.7 litres 6-cylindre engine meeting the Stage 4 and Tier 4 Final norms requirements. They have the Blu@dvantage technologies : SCR (selective catalytic reduction) with AdBlur injection, EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) without particles filter.
Equipped with limited slip differentials, the new Bell 6x6 dumpers easily pass obstacles on rough terrain. The Comfort Ride adaptative suspensions offset the swaying effect in curves and balances the dumpers. Fuel efficient, the B25E and B30E have an increased useful load.
On the market since 2015, the B25E and B30E dumpers will be unveiled at Intermat (Paris, from April 20 to 25, 2015).

The Caterpillar C series : new articulated dumpers for profit
Caterpillar launches a new series of articulated dumpers in order to cut back operating costs, save fuel and reduce the operator's work : the series C's dumpers (735C, 740C EJ and 745C) benefit from sevaral technological advances.
Equipped with a Tier 4 Final/Stage 4 engine, these new dumpers have the Cat clean emissions module (CEM). The CEM is composed of a diesel particle filter with automatic regeneration, the SCR and a FED tank that reduces the nitrogen oxide emissions.
In terms of transmission, the new Powershift High Density CX38 Cat gearbox has 9 front gears and 2 rear gears. The automatic traction control maintains an optimum traction for a regular production. The electronic control of the clutch pression optimises the fuel consumption.

TA300, TA400 and TR60 : the new dumpers from Terex Trucks unveiled at Intermat
Terex Trucks unveils a complete range of articulated dumpers (25 to 38 t of useful load) and rigid dumpers (41 to 91 tonnes of useful load). The TA300, TA400 and TR60 dumpers will be unveiled at Intermat.
The Terex dumpers have a Scania engine meeting the Stage4/Tier 4 Final norm requirements. They have the SCR and EGR technologies. They are also equipped with a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT), that increases the power at low speed, as well as a Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) that converts carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon into carbon dioxide and water.
