Komatsu introduces their new WA270-7 wheel loader

Komatsu will be at Intermat 2015,  the international exhibition for machines and construction equipments, will take place in Paris from 20 to 25 april 2015. On this occasion, the manufacturer will introduce their new WA270-7 wheel loader, to replace the WA250PZ-6 model. More productive and fuel efficient, the WA270-7 meets the requirements of the EU Stage IIIB/EPA Tier 4 Interim norm.

New engine for the Komatsu wheel loader

The Komatsu SAA6D107E-2 engine meets the requirements of the EU Stage IIIB norm for reduced emissions. With this new engine, the loader saves up to 10% compared to the previous model, the WA250PZ-6, but has more power and a better comfort use. The WA270-7 develops 112 kW (152 ch).

Easy maintenance with the Komatsu Care program

The WA270-7 benefits from the Komatsu CARE maintenance program, that is the scheduled maintenance for three years or 2000 hours, as well as the warranty and and replacement of the diesel particle filter for 5 years or 9000 hours. Moreover, the maintenance access of the new wheel loader are easy to access for daily maintenance.

The wheel loader is also equipped with the KOMTRAX satellite monitoring technology, that wires the machines data to a website. The information are downloaded by satellite and are accessible directly from a computer. The app analyses the fuel consumption and plan the material's maintenance.

New features of the Komatsu loader

The latest generation hydrostatic transmission offers the operator more precision and safety in his driving.

With the versatile Parallel Z-ba (PZ), the wheel loader can lift heavy and long accessories and thus have more versatility in its applications.

Finally, the SpaceCab, more spacious and more comfortable, gives the operator a 360° view.
