Three technologies associated to improve the performances of the Caterpillar excavator
Important fuel savings happened thanks to the electronic pump that handles the engine’s power. The Adaptive Control System (ACS) from Caterpillar maximizes the performances of the hydraulic excavator. Last detail, the excavator’s energy is reused thanks to the hydraulic hybrid swing system that captures the brake energy and releases it during the acceleration.
An efficient diesel engine for the 336E H Cat hydraulic hybrid excavator
The Caterpillar 336E H hydraulic hybrid excavator is equipped with a Cat C9.3 ACERT diesel engine that can be used with B20 biofuel. With its important hydraulic power, the machine can adapt buckets up to 2.55m3 as well as crushers, rippers or pulverizers.
