The series D of mini excavators from Caterpillar grows with new models the 301.7D, 302.2D and the 302.4D. The weight of these machines varies between 1.6 and 2.5t for a 13.2kW power. Hydraulic mini excavators with lots of features
The Caterpillar series D new mini excavators are compact and can be easily carried on a small truck or a trailer. Regarding the lifting and digging capacities, the 302.2D excavator is the most efficient. All the new Caterpillar mini excavators are equipped with blades which adapts by itself to the terrain in order to facilitate the site’s cleaning.
The maintenance of these hydraulic mini excavators is simplified : only 500 hours in between each bearing greasing and each engine oil change. The hydraulic system’s oil change must be done only every 3000 hours.
Caterpillar takes care of its operators
The driving seat of the new Caterpillar mini excavators is accessible from each side. Inside, the equipments give the operators good working conditions : a heating system, a defroster, a ventilation, a windshield that can easily be put in the Caterpillar mini excavator’s roof and a radio player.
