Less emissions to comply with the Tier IV emissions standard
The Komatsu engineers managed to preserve the low fuel consumption of the previous D65 – 16 model, while further reducing its CO2 emissions. The D65 – 17 bulldozer by Komatsu is also equipped with an exhaust gas recirculation system. This construction equipment was tested under different conditions, including at high altitudes and in extreme cold. Thus, the new owners of the Komatsu D65-17 can rest assured, their new bulldozers will remain Tier IV-compliant under any circumstances.
Technical features of the Komatsu D65 – 17
The power of this Komatsu bulldozer's engine varies from 208 to 222 hp, depending on the model. Fitted with Sigmadozer blade that acts like a V-shaped bucket for the best ground penetration, this construction equipment measures 5,500 mm. With its new INPAT blade, the construction equipment measures 5,790mm. The operating weight of the D65-17 bulldozer is about 22,000 kg (it ranges from 21,480 up to 23,520 kg, depending on the version).
