Major construction projects for the 2014 Winter Olympics
In addition to the Olympic Village, the Liebherr tower cranes will also contribute to the construction of a railway bridge over the River Mzimta, a train station and a shopping mall. These infrastructures are expected to facilitate access to the venue location of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

The EC-H 40 FR.tronic, the crane model favoured by the Russians, has the maximum hook height of 79.7m. This Liebherr crane has the maximum load capacity of 40t. With the jib length of 80m, the EC-H 40 FR.tronic crane has the maximum jib-end load of 3.5t.
