Sandvik QE241, a compact and mobile scalper but with a high capacity

Sandvik Construction extends their scalper range and launches the new QE241 « heavy duty » scalper.

The Swedish manufacturer of crushing and screening equipment  Sandvik just launched a scalper easy to transport even it is made for high quantity screening : the QE241.

Massive output and mobility on construction sites

The Sandvik QE241 can scalp materials before and after their screening.  It is equipped with a main large dimension conveyor, with variable speed that can screen voluminous products. The auxiliary hydraulic convoyers can be used to process smaller materials. With a robust chassis, the rigid hopper with a high capacity and its double deck screening surface, the QE241 scalper has an impressive output.  Moving it from a construction site to another is made easier by the two-spped tracks.

    An easy maintenance and use

As expected by users, the use and maintenance of the latest Sandvik screen have been simplified : a unique command pannel intuitively runs the machine. Different screening modes can be activated depending on the use. At the top of safety norms, the QE241 screen offers a real comfort use. The access to the maintenance points is made easier and the fuel consumption is optimised which allows to reduce the use costs.
