As the complete guide system is sealed and constructed with permanent lubrication, the greasing intervals can last for more than 1000 operating hours – the intervals are now aligned with the service schedule of the truck and additional maintenance for the attachment is no longer necessary. In addition, no grease comes into contact with transported goods which could easily happen with units designed with T or C profiles.

- Compared with systems with T or C profiles the danger of contaminating transported goods through grease is considerably reduced.
- The system automatically provides all moving parts with the optimum amount of grease; the bearings / bushes always glide on an optimum film around the polished chrome shafts. Excess amounts of grease are no longer prevalent.
- The optimum lubrication also reduces the energy costs of the attachment; Operating times especially of E trucks increase significantly.
- Maintenance intervals are extended due to the reduced number of wear parts. They are now in line with the trucks – additional down time for maintenance is no longer required.
